Every holiday season, Metro Denver CAT gathers volunteers to build winter shelters to help feral cats stay warm and cozy in their outdoor homes. In pandemic times, “home” has taken on even more significance, and so while our event will look a little different again this year,  you can still take part!

Thank you to everyone who signed up to build a shelter! The Build Event will take place from the comfort of your home on 

Friday, December 3rd, 2021: ​

 

• ​Step 1: Pick up your shelter build kit from our office on Wednesday 12/1 or Thursday 12/2 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. 

• Step 2: Follow along with us at 12 pm on Friday, December 3rd as we build a shelter on Facebook Live! 

• Step 3: Keep the shelter you make for outdoor cats you care for (suggested donation $25) or return to MDCAT on Wednesday 12/8 or Thursday 12/9. We will distribute shelters to cat caretakers.
